Alleviating an Anxious Breath

Do you ever feel like you cannot fully grasp your breath? That your breath is shallow or high in your chest?

Your breath reveals much about your state of being and a shallow or 'grasping' breath can indicate a state of stress or anxiety. This practice will assist in guiding the breath back down to deepen and expand into the body and thus bring you back to a calmer state of being

Prenatal Yoga

Breathe Your Baby

This meditation provides an opportunity to connect with your baby through your breath. You will experience how the breath enters into your body, and how the oxygen passes to your baby. You are then guided to deepen the breath and become conscious of the flow-on effect this has for your own nourishment and that of your baby.

Connecting with your Baby

During pregnancy, you provide and share a physical environment with your child. This guided meditation takes you on a journey to connect with how your baby may be experiencing life during their development, allowing you to deepen your connection to them. You are invited to set an intention to make your child's time in the womb a comfortable and nurturing experience.
