Group Yoga Classes

Our group yoga classes are run in a workshop format on a monthly basis.

There is a blend of informative education and experiential learning. This ensures the benefits you receive last beyond the few hours or day after you attend the class.

We recommend starting with one of our 2 hour monthly workshops:

  • To provide you with the fundamentals.

  • If this is your first time experiencing prenatal, postnatal or pelvic health yoga,

  • Because perinatal yoga is likely to feel different to other general yoga classes you may have attended

Not only do you benefit from experiencing a yoga practice specific to the workshop topic, but you are empowered with the knowledge and confidence to continue a home practice. And we all know that small, regular commitments are more sustainable than large, ad-hoc ones.

Discounts for private classes are available to those who attend a workshop and decide they would like to continue working with us.

Private Yoga Classes

Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all discipline. We are inspired by the teachings of Viniyoga founder T.K.V. Desikachar, whose clear message was that yoga should be tailored to suit each individual

The benefits of a Private Class far outweigh attendance at a group class, as you learn yoga practices and techniques most suited to you and your unique needs and lifestyle. Preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting tend to be highly individualised experiences, even between different pregnancies with the same parent.
