Yoga for Pelvic Health

Everyone has a pelvis. But not everyone should do kegels!

The pelvic area of the body holds emotion and can play a pivotal part in the experience of trauma. All classes are undertaken using a trauma-informed approach.

Claire uses her yoga background and knowledge as well as her additional training and ongoing studies in pelvic health to support your particular pelvic health needs.
